CHURUBUSCO - The Turtle Days Festival committee has lots in store for festival goers June 18-21.
At Churubusco Community Park, in addition to the Burton Brothers midway with rides and concessions every night from 5-10 p.m. and Saturday, noon-10 p.m., there will be an entertainment tent, nightly raffle drawings, bingo and a quilt show.
In the entertainment tent, visitors will enjoy live bands, a karaoke (kids and adults) contest and a talent show.

Saturday at the park there will be Kids Day from 9-11:30 a.m., sponsored by the United Methodist Church and a Turtle Days horseshoe, hillbilly golf and corn hole tourney at 9 a.m. The Churubusco Chamber of Commerce will host the turtle races at noon.
The committee decided to spread the Turtle Days fun all around Churubusco this year, so pick up a brochure (or download it from this site) and catch all of the events - new and old.
New events include the beer tent on Friday and Saturday, located in the alley and parking lot behind Pit Stop Pub on Main Street. Live entertainment will be featured both nights.
