Six Busco wrestlers will advance to Regional competition Saturday

CHURUBUSCO, Ind. – Churubusco wrestling team finished well in Saturday’s sectional competition at Carroll High School.

Six wrestlers will return to Carroll this Saturday for the Regional competition. They include:

• Adam Boggess – 119 lb. weight class;

• Daniel Thompson – 125 lb.;

• Corey Richards – 145 lb.;

• Lance McParlan – 152 lb.;

• ;Jordan Hamilton – 160 lb.;

• Jerrod Hill – 171 lb.

Hamilton was named sectional champion and Thompson and Richards were named sectional runners-up.

Don’t miss the all-day action this Saturday at Carroll High School and the chance to cheer on the Busco Eagles.
