Margaret J. “Peg” Hosler, 94, a former resident of LaOtto and widow of Howard P. Hosler, died at 11:15 p. m. on Wednesday, June 17, 2009, at Hickory Creek Nursing Home in Kendallville. She had been a patient there for the past 17 years, and had been seriously ill for the past two weeks.
Mrs. Hosler was born on October 29, 1914 in Huntington, a daughter of Lewis and Ella (Keller) Zent, and spent her formative years in the Huntington and Roanoke area.
On August 20, 1937 she was married in Fort Wayne to Howard P. Hosler, and spent her married life in LaOtto. She was a homemaker.
