Casper is a friendly and playful medium-sized terrier-mix who arrived at the shelter as a stray. Casper looks like a big West highland terrier, but he has a curled-up tail and wheat-colored ears.

Casper is already neutered, and shelter officials estimate his age at around two years.

Stop by the shelter to meet Casper, and you may just decide to take him home to haunt your house!
