Everyone needs to exercise our Constitutional Right, and get out and vote in the May 4th Democrat and Republican Primaries. Educate your self on the candidates, to make an informed decision and get out and vote. In our community every vote does count. Churubusco’s last Town Council race was won by 8 votes, so get out and make YOUR vote count.

Our founding fathers never intended for people to be career politicians, and neither did the founders of the great State of Indiana. We have term limits on our Governor, Sheriff and a lot of other offices. We as voters should put those same kind of limits on our other elected officials.

Noah Biorkman is a 5-year-old boy who is in his last stages of neuroblastoma cancer after a 2 1/2 year battle. His family is celebrating christmas next week and all he wants is Christmas cards.

We are not allowed to condemn those who do not think or believe like we do. It is possible to stick to one’s beliefs and yet, at the same time, remain civil and simply agree to disagree.

I believe the gambling in Churubusco is outrageous! The people are selling tickets to known problem gamblers and nothing is being done about it.
