Fergie is a most unusual cat.

When she and her sister Gumbo came in to the shelter, they both had fur that was sort of kinked, and it made them look old and a little grumpy (they were born in 2008). But now that she has been here for awhile, Fergie’s coat has really blossomed, and her fur is thick and sleek. She is a buff-colored classic (swirled) tabby with a white spot on her throat.

As you can see from her pictures, she is a gorgeous cat. She is also friendly. One of her rear feet appears to have been injured some time in the past, perhaps in a trap. Please come in and meet Fergie today, and consider adopting her.
