CHURUBUSCO - The Churubusco Lions Club hosted its annual July 4th Port-A-Pit chicken and rib barbecue on South Main Street in the parking lot of Mor For Less.
The Club holds this type of fundraiser on the weekends of Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day.
Watch for Lions Club members at the Chamber of Commerce Annual Picnic in the Park & Softball Game Aug. 23, when they will once again host the annual Busco Car/Truck Cruise-In at the Churubusco Community Park.
The Lions Club meets the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the Blue Lake Community building.
